Retirement Party! A celebration will be held for PAGS professors Caroline Higgins and Howard Richards on Saturday, April 21st. A concert and reception will be held in Stout Meeting House from 2-5pm, with a Chair Dedication Ceremony at 3pm. We hope many of our alumni will be able to attend. Check out the new book by Howard Richards and Joanna "Gypsy" Swanger: The Dilemmas of Social Democracies. Gypsy, who has run the Border Studies program for Earlham for many years, is teaching on campus this semester.

PJSA Conference: Five faculty members and seven students from Earlham attended the Peace and Justice Studies Association conference last fall. PAGS Senior Derek Ruez, one of the only undergraduate students to present a paper at the conference, shared his research on Consolidation and the Common Good in Louisville, KY.
