Earlham College
Annual Research Conference (ARC)

April 9-10, 2010

The Earlham College Annual Research Conference (ARC) will debut on April 9-10, 2010, at Earlham College. The conference is designed to showcase the work of Earlham students from all disciplines, and so students from every major, field, department and program are invited to submit proposals for presentations. The purpose of research and creative activity is to share our work with the larger academic community, and this conference will allow students working on Ford-Knight projects, senior projects, independent research projects and even first year research projects to have a supportive audience. Students will have the opportunity to share their work in panels organized by topic or poster presentations.

Research Grant Awards:

Research grants of up to $250 are available for expenses related to research. This means that such costs as books, equipment, supplies, traveling expenses and copying costs can be covered. Only ten awards will be granted this year, so please apply early. All students who receive a research grant award will be expected to present their work at the 2010 conference.
