First-Year Application Deadlines
Early Decision
for students who know that Earlham is their first choice
Students may submit applications to other colleges or universities, but those offered admission to Earlham under the Early Decision agreement must withdraw those applications from consideration once learning of their admission to Earlham.

An early estimate of an expected financial aid package is sent to the student, provided that he/she has completed the Early Estimator Form and submitted it to the Financial Aid Office by December 15.
Early Action
for students who want an early response to their application for admission

| Earlham’s Decision Communicated on or near | February 1 |
| Acceptance on Candidate’s Reply Date | May 1 |
Students admitted under the Early Action decision period, and who have submitted all financial aid application materials by February 15, may receive a financial aid package on or around March 1.
