Getting to Earlham

Finding Your Way

From the North via Highway 35:

Travel into Richmond on Highway 35 South. As Highway 35 crosses over I-70, the road becomes Williamsburg Pike/N.W. 5th Street. Continue on Williamsburg Pike/N.W. 5th Street until the road dead-ends at a stoplight, approximately three miles after I-70. Turn right at this stoplight onto National Road West (also U.S. 40 West) and drive two blocks to the main entrance of campus on the left (at the flashing yellow light). Turn left into the main drive.

From the South via Highway 27:

Travel into Richmond on Highway 27 North until it intersects with Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and follow this road to the Main Street Bridge and beyond. At the end of the bridge, turn left onto SW 1st Street. At the first light, turn right onto U.S. 40 - National Road. Continue west approximately five blocks. The main entrance to the campus will be on the left (at the flashing yellow light). Turn left into the main drive.

From the East via I-70:

Take Exit 156A (also U.S. 40 West) and continue on U.S. 40 through Richmond. Approximately five miles after exiting I-70, the main entrance to the campus will be on the left (at the flashing yellow light). Turn left into the main drive.

From the West via I-70:

Take Exit 145 (Centerville): Turn right at the exit and follow this road to the first stoplight in Centerville (at U.S. 40 or National Road). Turn left (east) onto U.S. 40 and follow this road for approximately four miles. The entrance to the campus will be on the right (at the flashing yellow light). Turn right into the main drive.
