Preview Days

Preview Days at Earlham provide visiting students and families an opportunity to learn a great deal about the College in a short amount of time. While these events have a formal program designed to engage visitors with our campus community, they are flexible enough to allow students to explore their individual academic and co-curricular interests.

While on campus, students will have an opportunity to stay overnight in a residence hall with a current student, visit regularly scheduled classes of their choosing, talk with faculty members in academic areas of interest, have a tour of campus, interview with an admissions counselor, attend a student panel and learn about campus organizations at an organizational fair. Parents also will have an opportunity to attend a separate student panel to learn about student life, interact with faculty members during a faculty panel, and attend the organizational fair.

Earlham has four Preview Days. The programs in October, November, and January are designed specifically for seniors in high school (although juniors are encouraged and welcome to attend). The fourth program takes place in March and is designed specifically for juniors. Special days for students admitted to the college are scheduled during the month of April, although admitted students are encouraged to visit anytime during the month of April.
