We're excited that you have decided to visit Earlham! Please fill out this form completely to schedule your visit. If you are unsure of your plans, have questions or would prefer to schedule your visit over the phone, please call our toll-free number, 800-EARLHAM (800-327-5426) and ask to speak with one of our visit coordinators.

Please read carefully the following information regarding scheduling visits:

  • After we have received your information, we will mail a confirmation letter to you. If you have not received your letter at least one week prior to your visit, please call our office . We may need additional information to complete the schedule for your visit.
  • Visit schedules cannot be changed on the day of the visit . If you would like to change a part of your visit, please call our office prior to the day of your visit.
  • Please contact our office regarding airport shuttle availability prior to making plane reservations. This shuttle service is reserved for prospective students who are traveling alone.
  • Please do not use this form if you are planning a visit that is less than a week in advance. If you plan to visit campus within the next week, please call the visit coordinators at 800-EARLHAM (800-327-5426) to expedite the scheduling of your visit.

Travel Information

Before making flight reservations, please call to determine airport shuttle availability. The shuttle to or from Dayton (DAY) takes about 45 minutes.

Transportation Mode: Plane Car Plane & Car
The plane & car option is for those who will fly into Cincinnati or Indianapolis and rent a car to get to campus. Please allow a minimum of two (2) hours between flight arrival time and arrival on campus from the airports in Cincinnati or Indianapolis. Allow a minimum of three (3) hours between campus departure and flight departure.
