African American Advisory Board

AAAB Meeting

Fred McClure ’84, Bonita Washington-Lacey ’78 and Jewel Spears ’57 participate in the 2008 AAAB meeting

The African American Advisory Board (AAAB) serves as an advisory board to Earlham College by developing, planning and implementing programs to assist the College in providing a supportive and productive learning and living environment in which students of the African Diaspora become successful students, graduate from the College and then as alumni, contribute and continue to engage with the College.

The AAAB was founded in 1995 and has met annually since its inception. The AAAB through engagement provides an excellent means in which African American Alumni impact the Earlham Community.

The Advisory Board works closely with several offices on campus toward increasing alumni participation and support of both prospective and current students on campus as well as providing a resource network for alumni.
