Susan Wade '65
Susan Wade '65 majored in biology. As a student she participated in chorus and concert choir and in foreign study in Germany and Austria (1963). Susan completed a master’s degree in biology from SUNY College at Buffalo (1975), and a Ph.D. in veterinary medicine with a major in parasitology and minors in medical entomology and pathology at Cornell University (1981). She lives in Ithaca, New York, where she is director of the parasitology section of the Animal Health Diagnostic Center at the College of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell University. Susan has served on the Alumni Council since the fall of 2006 where she is on the Recognition committee. Her favorite memories of Earlham include participation in Concert Choir, summer study at Dewart Lake and foreign study in Europe.
