Rhonda Schechter
Rhonda, Kam Lam '90, and big brother Leo (who'll turn 6 in February) welcomed little brother Benjamin Joel on 8/24/07. After 2 years of attending law school at night and working at a French company during the day, Rhonda left her job to go to school full-time and take a summer job that will offer legal experience. Kam continues to work in IT at 5/3 Bank, working nights so he can stay home with "Benji" during the day. Life is pretty crazy, but in a good way, and we think we may actually make it the short distance from our home in Cincinnati to Richmond for Homecoming next fall. We hope to see lots of old friends there (and we'd love to hear from them before then too).

Ali Sobel-Read
After living in NYC for a good number of years, my husband and I decided to move to Raleigh, North Carolina -- and we just love it here! I started my own pottery business a few years ago. I now work both in my studio as well as teach adults at a local arts center. Kevin and I have an adorable son, Nolan, who will be 2 years old in May. I'd love to be in touch with fellow Earlhamites in the area! You can find me at Email Ali Sobel-Read and please check out my website at http://www.potteryali.com to see what I'm up to.

Anne Conley-Goldstein
Anne Conley-Goldstein and husband Marc Goldstein proudly announce the birth of their second son, Gideon Gryphon, who was born on 8/6/2007, 19 days before his brother Leo Benjamin's 3rd birthday. Jen Morris Ruby came to visit shortly after Gideon's birth. Anne continues to be good friends with Jen, Liz Wilson, and Amy Vogt. Anne is a clinical child psychologist and has been building her private practice in Indianapolis for the past 2 years. She continues to use her Spanish (credit to the EC Spain program!) and recently completed training as a Parent Coordinator to handle high conflict divorce mediation. She is also expanding her practice to work with survivors of childhood cancer. Her main past-time these days is trying to balance family and professional life, which is a 24/7 job!

Jessica Swartz Amezcua
We just moved to Portland, OR (in the middle of the cold, rainy winter) from sunny San Diego. We like it here but are definitely looking forward to the spring. I haven't lived in a cold area in seven years! We'd love to meet up with other Earlhamites in the area and welcome any visitors.
