at Denison 6, Earlham 1

GRANVILLE, Ohio--The Earlham College men's tennis team fell to 3-5 overall and 0-2 in the North Coast Athletic Conference as they were defeated 6-1 by Denison University on Tuesday.

Denison ranked seventh in the midwest claimed all three doubles matches for the point. Earlham's number one singles player Adam Turner (Richmond, IN/Richmond) defeated Denison's Chris Compton 7-6 (7), 5-7, 6-3. At number five singles senior Casey Kroh (Fort Wayne, IN/Caterberry) went three sets with Ethan Branum, but was defeated 6-3, 3-6, 6-1.

Earlham returns to non-conference action on Wednesday, March 6 as they host Thomas More College at 3:30 p.m.
