NCAC Honors Gregory as Player of the Week

RICHMOND, Ind. — Earlham College junior Tristian Gregory was honored by the North Coast Athletic Conference on Monday as the Player of the Week for men’s basketball.

Gregory (Evansville, IN/Harrison) led Earlham to a pair of victories last weekend as the Quakers claimed the championship of the Case Alumni Association Tip-Off Tournament at Case Western University.

The Quakers beat the host school on Saturday 77-72 win Saturday with Gregory scoring 28 points. On Friday, Gregory had a career-high 34 points in an 87-84 win over Lake Erie College.

Gregory had 62 points in the two games and was named the Most Valuable Player of the tournament. He made 12-of-21 shots from behind the 3-point line, while converting 16-of-19 free throws.

Earlham (2-0) is at Manchester College on Sunday. The non-conference contest is at 3 p.m.
