Quakers Participate in Franklin Invitational

RICHMOND, Ind. — The Earlham College men's cross country team competed in the Franklin Invitational on Saturday.
Senior Mark Boylan (Holliston, MA/Holliston) and sophomore Evan Fackler (Shelby, OH/Plymouth) led the men with second and third place finishes. Boylan completed the 8K course in 28:17.6, while Fackler posted a 28:21.3.
The other runners to score were:
• Sophomore Adam Tobin (Weston, CT/Weston) 14th in 28:45.3
• Junior James Haley (Bloomington, IN/South) 43rd in 30:57.0
• Sophomore Bo Braun (Nutley, NJ/Nutley) 51st, 31:24.4
The men placed fourth of seven teams, while Franklin College won the event.
Earlham participates in the Great Lakes Colleges Association Championships at Kenyon College next Saturday.
