Quakers drop overtime contest in tourney at Swarthmore

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. — The Earlham College men's soccer squad lost 1-0 Widener University in the Garnet Alumni Classic at Swarthmore College.

Widener scored in the 94th minute to win the match. Junior Jon O’Neil (West Lafayette, IN/West Lafayette) had eight saves for the Quakers.

Junior Atiq Zamani (Bloomington, IN/ North) and sophomore David Hibbard-Rode (Minneapolis, MN/South) were named to the All-Tournament team.

Earlham (0-2) entertains DePauw University on Saturday, Sept. 10 on Matlack Field.
