The Quakers hit the cross bar three times during the match before Zamani (Bloomington, IN/North) finally found the net in the extra session.

Earlham was out shot by Manchester 14-10 and Quakers junior goalie Jon O’Neil (West Lafayette, IN/West Lafayette) had eight saves as he recorded his second shutout of the season. “We really came out to play in the overtime,” Earlham coach Roy Messer said. “We decided we wanted to win.”

Earlham (3-8) stays on the road for a Saturday match against The College of Wooster. The North Coast Athletic Conference contest begins at 1:30 p.m. Box score
