Dreidi Scores Twice as Quakers Win

HANOVER, Ind. — First-year Omar Dreidi scored two goals on Saturday as the Earlham men’s soccer team defeated Hanover College 2-1.

Hanover led 1-0 late in the first half when Dreidi (Ramallah, Palestine/International) found the goal at 43:22 to tie the match at intermission. Dreidi added the game-winner at 83:09.

Earlham senior goalie Jon O'Neil (West Lafayette, IN/West Lafayette) had six saves as the Quakers were out shot by Hanover 13-10.

The Quakers (4-2) entertain Taylor University on Wednesday. The non-conference match begins at 4 p.m. Box Score.
