Quakers Fall in Season Finale

RICHMOND, Ind. — Two goals late in the first half hurt the Earlham College men’s soccer team on Saturday as the Quakers fell 2-0 to North Coast Athletic Conference foe Kenyon College on Matlack Field.
Senior goalkeeper Jon O’Neil (West Lafayette, IN/West Lafayette) had four saves for the Quakers in the final contest of his career. Earlham was outshot 11-6, while Kenyon had a 6-3 edge in corner kicks.
Other seniors to close out their career were Nate O’Neil (West Lafayette, IN/West Lafayette), Liam Roche (North Vernon, IN/Jennings County), Behar Xharra (Gjakove, Kosovo/Rabin County) and Matt Harvey (Columbus, OH/Hayes).
The Quakers end the season 6-12 overall and 1-8 in the NCAC. Box Score.
