Quakers Face Ohio Wesleyan in Homecoming Contest

RICHMOND, Ind. — An early first half goal was the difference Saturday afternoon as the Earlham College men’s soccer team dropped a 1-0 match to Ohio Wesleyan University on Matlack Field.
The Bishops scored at 5:53 to take charge of the North Coast Athletic Conference contest.
Ohio Wesleyan led 20-6 in shots and 7-0 in corner kicks with Earlham first-year goalkeeper Kyle Thompson (Elmhurst, IL/York Community) recording five saves.
The Quakers (5-11, 2-4) play their final home contest of the season on Tuesday against Denison University. The NCAC match begins at 4:30 p.m. Box score.
