Miller, DiLalla Finish Second in Doubles at Wabash

CRAWFORDSVILLE, Ind. — Earlham College seniors Scott Miller and Pete DiLalla finished second at No. 1 doubles on Sunday leading the Quakers in the Kerry Seward Men’s Tennis Invitational hosted by Wabash College.
Miller (Greensburg, IN/Greensburg) and DiLalla (Cleveland Heights, OH/Cleveland Heights) lost to Jaime Estaban and Binky Nikou of Vincennes University. The duo won two matches on Saturday to reach the finals.
Miller and DiLalla also were defeated in singles play on Sunday to end the eight-team event in sixth place at No. 1 and No. 2, respectively. Both players finished 1-2 in the tournament. The Quakers finished eighth overall with Vincennes winning the championship.
Earlham (0-3) returns to action at home against Manchester College on Wednesday. The non-conference match begins at 3:30 p.m. Scoresheet.
