Quakers Compete in Little State

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. — The Earlham College women’s cross country team competed in the Indiana Intercollegiates on Friday at Purdue University.
Junior Michelle Crane (Mansfield, OH/St. Peter's) placed the highest for the Quakers finishing in 43rd place with a time of 20:19.09.
The other Earlham runners to score for the were:
• First-year Caryn Wixom (St. Louis, MO/Rosati-Kain) 58th in 20:56.81
• Junior Emma Bohmann (Minneapolis, MN/South) 64th in 21.12.18
• Senior Anna Chatfield (Doylestown, OH/Chipewa) 93rd in 21:34.33
• First-year Rosalie De Lombaert (Madison, CT/Daniel Hand) 76th in 21:42.60
Earlham was 12th of 13 teams with DePauw University winning the event.
The Quakers host the Earlham Invitational on Sept. 29. The meet begins at 11 a.m.
