Crane Leads Quakers in Earlham Invitational

RICHMOND, Ind. — Junior Michelle Crane led the Earlham College women’s cross country team on Saturday as the Quakers competed in the Earlham Invitational.
Crane (Mansfield, OH/St. Peter's) finished in 33rd place with a time of 21:17.
The other Earlham runners to score for the were:
• Senior Rebecca Tolmach (Atlanta, GA/Grady) 42nd in 21:45
• First-year Caryn Wixom (St. Louis, MO/Rosati-Kain) 45th in 21:56.
• Senior Anna Chatfield (Doylestown, OH/Chipewa) 49th in 22:03.
• First-year Rosalie De Lombaert (Madison, CT/Daniel Hand) 52nd in 22:13.
Earlham was 8th of 12 teams with Otterbein College winning the event.
The Quakers are in the Wilmington College Classic on Friday, Oct. 12. The meet begins at 4:30 p.m.
