Quakers Participate in Wilmington Fall Classic

WILMINGTON, Ohio — The Earlham College women’s cross country team competed in the Wilmington Fall Classic on Friday with junior Michelle Crane leading the way for the Quakers.
Crane (Mansfield, OH/St. Peter's) was 22nd with a time of 20:13.71.
The other Earlham runners to score for the were:
• First-year Caryn Wixom (St. Louis, MO/Rosati-Kain) 48th in 20:59.40.
• First-year Rosalie De Lombaert (Madison, CT/Daniel Hand) 61st in 21:20.57.
• Senior Anna Chatfield (Doylestown, OH/Chipewa) 63rd in 21:22.15.
• Senior Rebecca Tolmach (Atlanta, GA/Grady) 64th in 21:22.51.
The Quakers were 9th of 22 teams with Otterbein College winning the event.
Earlham participates in the North Coast Athletic Conference Championships at Kenyon College on Saturday, Oct. 27. The meet begins at 11 a.m.
