Quakers End Season in NCAA Div. III Regional

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The Earlham College women’s cross country team finished its season on Saturday as the Quakers competed in the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Regional at Calvin College.

Junior Michelle Crane (Mansfield, OH/St. Peter's) led the Quakers with an 88th place finish in 24:16.45.

The other Earlham runners to score for the were:
• First-year Caryn Wixom (St. Louis, MO/Rosati-Kain) 123rd in 24:54.70.
• Senior Anna Chatfield (Doylestown, OH/Chipewa) 143rd in 25:18.15.
• First-year Rosalie De Lombaert (Madison, CT/Daniel Hand) 151st in 25:29.95.
• Senior Rebecca Tolmach (Atlanta, GA/Grady) 162nd in 25:47.95.

The Quakers were 24th of 36 teams with Calvin claiming the overall title. Ester Erb of Case Western won the individual championship with a time of 21:13.15.
