Quakers drop NCAC match on the road

GRANVILLE, Ohio — The Earlham College field hockey
team continued its North Coast Athletic Conference schedule on
Tuesday with a 4-0 loss at Denison University.
First-year goalkeeper
Katherine McDonough (Louisville,
KY/St. Francis) had 21 saves including one in the opening half
on a penalty stroke while the match was scoreless. “Katherine
McDonough played well in goal,” Earlham head coach Jill Butcher
said.
Denison had one goal in the first half and added their
final scores in the second.
Earlham (0-9, 0-6) entertains The College
of Wooster Saturday on Comstock Field. The NCAC match begins at
