Quakers Fall in Overtime at Wittenberg

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio — One goal was the difference for the Earlham women’s soccer squad on Wednesday night as the Quakers were defeated by Wittenberg University 1-0 in overtime.

Wittenberg scored the game-winner at 94:37 of the extra session.

Earlham senior goalkeeper Casie Byrd (Bloomington, IN/North) had five saves in the North Coast Athletic Conference match.
 
The Quakers (7-7, 2-4) entertain Manchester College Saturday on Matlack Field. The non-conference match starts at 1 p.m. Box Score.
