Quakers fall in match at DePauw

September 14, 2005
GREENCASTLE, Ind. — The Earlham College women’s volleyball team fell to DePauw University on Wednesday night as the Tigers won 30-19, 30-22, 30-18 over the Quakers.

Sophomore Kari Schneider (Cincinnati, OH/Mt. Notre Dame) led the Quakers with six kills, while sophomore Jessica Whitaker (Indianapolis, IN/Scecina) had 14 digs and three blocks. Sophomore Kaitlin Gentry (Kent, OH/Roosevelt) added 11 assists and 10 digs.

Earlham (2-9) is idle until its North Coast Athletic Conference opener next Wednesday at home against Denison University. The contest gets underway at 6 p.m. Box Score
