Quakers Start Home Weekend with Wooster

RICHMOND, Ind. — The Earlham College volleyball team dropped a North Coast Athletic Conference match 30-27, 30-19, 30-24 to the College of Wooster at home on Friday night.
Junior Lisa Vanderkolk (Bluffton, IN/Bluffton) led the Quakers with nine kills, while junior Jessica Whitaker (Indianapolis, IN/Scecina) added eight kills.
Earlham junior Amanda Prewitt (Greenwood, IN/Greenwood) had 18 assists and senior Ashley Govro (Greensburg, IN/North Decatur) contributed 11 assists.
Govro led the way for Earlham with 18 digs and Whitaker had 17 digs. First-year Keeley McAnnis-Entenman (Portland, OR/Grant) had four blocks.
The Quakers (12-12, 3-9) entertain Oberlin College Saturday on Schuckman Court in the Athletics and Wellness Center. The NCAC match starts at noon. Box Score.
