Quakers Split Matches in Manchester Tournament;
Vanderkolk and Prewitt Set Individual Records

N. MANCHESTER, Ind. — The Earlham College volleyball team divided a pair of contests on Saturday as the Quakers finished the Manchester Tournament.
Earlham started the day with a 28-30, 30-19, 30-17, 30-22 loss to Huntington University before ending the tourney with a 26-30, 26-30, 30-26, 31-29, 15-11 victory over Otterbein College.
Senior Lisa Vanderkolk (Bluffton, IN/Bluffton) topped the Quakers with 37 kills and six blocks on the day, while classmate Jessica Whitaker (Indianapolis, IN/Scecina) added 32 kills. Vanderkolk set a school record with 27 kills against Otterbein.
Senior Amanda Prewitt (Greenwood, IN/Greenwood) had 91 assists to lead the Quakers with a school record 59 assists against Otterbein.
Sophomore Keeley McAnnis-Entenman (Portland, OR/Grant) contributed 20 kills and five blocks. Senior Kaitlin Gentry (Kent, OH/Roosevelt) led the squad with 38 digs.
Earlham (6-6) visits the College of Wooster on Friday. The North Coast Athletic Conference match gets underway at 7 p.m.
