Quakers Battle Denison University

GRANVILLE, Ohio — The Earlham College volleyball team dropped a 30-24, 30-27, 30-25 decision to Denison University in a North Coast Athletic Conference match on Wednesday.
Sophomore Keeley McAnnis-Entenman (Portland, OR/Grant) led the Quakers with eight kills and five blocks.
Senior Lisa Vanderkolk (Bluffton, IN/Bluffton) added six kills, while classmate Amanda Prewitt (Greenwood, IN/Greenwood) had 19 assists.
Senior Kaitlin Gentry (Kent, OH/Roosevelt) had 12 digs with senior Sara Prince (Dresden, OH/Tri-Valley) contributing five blocks.
Earlham (7-8, 1-2) entertains Hiram College on Friday. The NCAC match is at 7 p.m.
