RICHMOND, Ind. — The Earlham College volleyball team picked up its second straight victory on Tuesday with a 30-22, 30-25, 20-30, 30-14 win over Denison University in a North Coast Athletic Conference contest on Schuckman Court in the Athletics and Wellness Center.
The win moves the Quakers into a fourth place tie with Denison in the conference. The top four finishers qualify for the NCAC tournament.

Sophomore Keeley McAnnis-Entenman (Portland, OR/Grant) led the way with eight blocks, while first-year Alicia Kees (Morrow, OH/Morrow) added four. Seniors Lisa Vanderkolk (Bluffton, IN/Bluffton) and Jessica Whitaker (Indianapolis, IN/Scecina) finished with three blocks each.
Vanderkolk had 21 kills to lead Earlham, which gives her 998 in her career. Whitaker added 18 kills and has 1,145 in her career.
Senior Amanda Prewitt (Greenwood, IN/Greenwood) had 43 assists for the Quakers, while senior Kaitlin Gentry (Kent, OH/Roosevelt) led the way with 16 digs.
Earlham (10-13, 4-6) plays at Hiram College on Friday. The NCAC match begins at 7 p.m. Box score.
