National Awards and Scholarships

Fulbright U.S. Student Program
Scholarships awarded to recent graduates for advanced study and research in most disciplines, in most countries of the world. Also, opportunities to teach English overseas. in all fields of science. Students apply in their junior year.

National Science Foundation Graduate Fellowships
Scholarships for advanced study in all fields of science. Students apply in their junior year.

Phi Beta Kappa
Phi Beta Kappa is the oldest and most respected undergraduate honors organization in the United States. Earlham is among nine percent of four-year colleges and universities nationwide that have been granted a Phi Beta Kappa chapter. Earlham students are selected by our local chapter.

Barry M. Goldwater Scholarships
Scholarships for undergraduates intending to pursue careers in the sciences. Students are nominated by Earlham faculty.

Thomas J. Watson Fellowship
A year grant for graduating undergraduates to spend a year abroad travelling and studying. Students apply in their junior year.
