This shelf is leaning dangerously, with large, heavy, and dangerous items stored on the top shelf. Shelf units in disrepair should never be used and heavy items should not be stored at the top.BDE
This eyewash and safety shower station is blocked by a large object. To prevent wasting precious time in an emergency, keep all safety shower and eyewash station clear of obstacles.BDE

This photo shows a refriderator and freezer storing both food for human consumption and chemicals/samples. These items should never coexist in the same areas.BDE

These gas cylinders(2 acetylene, 1 oxygen) are left unsecured and unchained to a wall or bench. To prevent accidents, all cylinders should be chained to a stable, sturdy object or wall.BDE
