New Student Orientation

Friday, August 18 - Tuesday, August 22, 2017

Here's your New Student Orientation schedule! If new students, guests or family members have special accommodation needs with regards to the NSO schedule, please contact in advance. This schedule is subject to change.

A welcome from the NSO Coordinator …

We are very excited that you are able to join us for the Fall 2017 New Student Orientation! The purpose of this program is to help you with your initial transition to Earlham College by encouraging you to connect with other new students, to discover the value of our curricular and co-curricular experiences, and to engage with the vast resources within our campus community.

My name is Tracy Dubs, and I am the Director of Student Leadership and Runyan Center. I also have the very important task of coordinating New Student Orientation (NSO) this year. I am working with a group of talented individuals to make sure NSO is a fun and worthwhile learning experience for you.

While there is a lot to do once you arrive, we are working hard to make sure you will get a balance of important resources and a connection to the social and extracurricular aspects of Earlham. If you want to be surrounded by individuals who are caring, informed, passionate and supportive then you are at the right place!  I love being at Earlham and I feel confident that after the excitement (and exhaustion) of the first few weeks, you will be able to say the same.

The schedule for NSO will be available later this summer.

I will be around throughout NSO but please know that I am here to help prior to your arrival, as well. Feel free to contact me at or 765-983-1582 with anything you might need or be curious about before arriving to campus. Once you are here, please stop me to ask questions, introduce yourself. I’m looking forward to getting to know you. Welcome to Earlham!
