On-Campus Courses

Credit hours for May Terms can be included in students' Spring Semester enrollment. Students who enroll for 18 credit hours or less during the Spring Semester Registration Period pay no additional tuition charge for May Term courses. Students enrolling for more than 18 credit hours during Spring Semester and May Term combined pay a May Term tuition fee. Earlham-funded financial aid is not available for May Term. Students who live on campus must pay a room rental fee. Although the food service does not operate during May Term, Earlham residence halls provide access to a kitchen. Additional costs may be expected for on-campus May Term courses; these include an enrollment fee, a course materials fee, room rental, meals and other personal expenses. Be sure to read the Fees and Registration Policies section.
