German Language and Literature

The Minor

Minors must complete 16 credits at the 300 level or above.

At least one of the following:

• GER 454 Drama and Dramatic Tradition

• GER 455 German Narrative

One elective from outside the Department chosen from the following courses may count toward the Minor:

• ENG 469 Contemporary Literary Criticism

• HIST 347 Europe and the World Wars

• JWST 252 Modern Jewish History and the Holocaust

• PHIL 350 Kant

• PHIL 365 Philosophy of Language

• POLS 352 Politics of European Union

• REL 325 Religion and Psychology

• TESO 344 Studies in Language Learning and Teaching
