The Minor

The six-course minor has a core of three courses, required for all who minor:

  • LGST 346 Constitutional Law I: Institutions and Democracy

  • LGST 348 Constitutional Law II: Civil Rights and Civil Liberties

  • LGST 372 International Law I:
    Sovereignty, Humanitarian Law and Human Rights

The remainder of the six-course requirement may be satisfied from among the following:

  • ECON 341 Labor Economics

  • ECON 344 Economics of the State

  • ECON 346 Industrial Organization and Regulation

  • HIST 361 Young Republic

  • HIST 367 Women and Men in American Society

  • PHIL 120 and 121 Philosophical Inquiry

  • PHIL 160 Dialectic and Dialogue in Philosophy

  • POLS 107 Introduction to International Relations

  • POLS 366 American Political Thought

  • POLS 373 International Law II: Interdependence, Environment and Globalization

  • PSYC 375 Psychology and the Law
