Residence Halls

Earlham Hall, located in the center of campus, houses 155 students. The hall is connected to Runyan Center and also contains the Counseling and Health Services. On the ground floor is the College's spacious dining hall. A wide selection of choices is available for each meal, including vegetarian options, vegan entrees and a salad and yogurt bar.

Olvey-Andis and Barrett Halls, housing 116 and 146 students respectively, are similar in architecture and facilities. Bundy Hall, Earlham's oldest and largest building with 165 student residents, was completely renovated during the 1995-96 academic year. Hoerner Hall houses 95 students.

Warren and Wilson Halls, new in the fall of 1992, house a total of 95 students. Each hall contains two large kitchens, dining areas, lounges and study areas. Mills Hall, opened in 2006, houses 132 students in a suite housing arrangement. Mills offers several large lounge areas and community spaces.

The 29 College-owned houses surrounding the campus include four language houses, which are available for upperclass students interested in speaking French, Japanese, German or Spanish. Among the houses are several cultural centers: the Jewish Cultural Center, the Cunningham African American Cultural Center, the International Cultural Center, and the Latino and Asian American Cultural Center. Other houses include Miller Farm, Service Learning House and Peace House, with the remainder designated as friendship houses.
