| Educational Discount Purchasing
Faculty, staff, and students have the opportunity to purchase academic
discounted computer equipment from Dell and Apple Computer Corporations
and academic discounted software from a company called Creation
Engine.
Microsoft Student Select Program
All full-time students are eligible to purchase certain Microsoft
products through the Microsoft
Student Select Program. This provides students heavily discounted
prices for Windows OS Upgrades and the Microsoft Office suite.
Eligible students will receive an e-mail from E-Academy with their
username and password to be able to take part in this program.
This level of pricing is available to Earlham students through
an agreement between Microsoft and ICI (Independent Colleges of
Indiana).
Dell Computer Corporation
Faculty, staff and students may be asked to provide their Earlham
ID number, which can be found on your Earlham ID card, when purchasing
from Dell.
Click on the Dell logo to enter the store.
Apple Computer Corporation
Once you click on one of the links below, you will be taken to
the Apple Store for Education.
- Under the "Shop for Yourself" column, select "Find
Your College or University".
- In the "Find your school by zip code" window enter
47374 and click on "Find"
- In the listing for Richmond, IN select "Earlham College"
and click "Continue"
- Once you have reviewed the "Terms and Conditions"
then click "I Accept".
- You will be taken to the Apple Store and should see "Earlham
College" at the top center of the page.
- Click on the Apple logo to enter the store.
Creation Engine Academic Discount Software
Creation Engine provides software and hardware to the K-12 and
higher education markets at academic discount prices. They have
superior customer service, competitive pricing, in-depth product
and volume licensing knowledge, and prompt delivery. They represent
manufacturers like Adobe, Hash, Microsoft and Wacom.
Creation Engine has agreed to extend an additional 5% discount to
Earlham faculty, staff and students on the academic prices they
offer for single box copy products. To receive this special
