    Acceptable Use Policy

    This document discusses broad usage guidlines, responsibilities of both the College and the user, and contains information regarding security measures and policy enforcement.

    HelpDesk Service Level Agreement

    This document explains the extent to which Earlham offers computing services to students, faculty, and staff. It includes information on support, equipment replacement, priority of requests, and user rights.

    Privacy and Confidentiality Statement

    This is a statement that provides information regarding the security of Earlham accounts as well as the annonimity of Web visitors from whom information may be collected.

    Software Piracy Policy

    This policy discloses Earlham's position regarding the installation and use of software on college-owned computer equipment. For specifics about supported software packages, see the HDSLA.

    Printer Support Policy

    This policy describes the level of support that departments can expect from ECS for both Laser and Ink Jet printers, including funding for purchasing, repair, and replacement.

    Personal Computer Support Policy

    This policy discusses support for faculty and staff personally-owned computers.
