Educational Discounts

Faculty, staff, and students have the opportunity to purchase academic discounted hardware from Dell and Apple Computer Corporations, to Creation Engine for a wide variety of discounted software and to the ICI E-Academy site for heavily discounted copies of Microsoft Office and the Windows Operating system.

Microsoft Student Select Program

All full-time students are eligible to purchase certain Microsoft products through the Microsoft Student Select Program. This provides students heavily discounted prices for Windows OS Upgrades and the Microsoft Office suite. This level of pricing is available to Earlham students through an agreement between Microsoft and ICI (Independent Colleges of Indiana).

Incoming students should receive an e-mail from E-Academy with their username and password, by June 15, 2008, to be able to take part in this program. If you do not receive your E-Academy username and password by June 15, 2008, please contact the HelpDesk at 765-973-2000.

Current students who have forgotten their username and password, should go to the password reminder page and enter their earlham e-mail address as their username.

You will need your student ID number in order to purchase from Dell. To get your student ID number, please contact the Earlham Registrar's office at 765-983-1515.

Once you click on one of the links below, you will be taken to the Apple Store for Education.

Under the "Shop for Yourself" column, select "Find Your College or University".

In the "Find your school by zip code" window enter 47374 and click on "Find"

In the listing for Richmond, IN select "Earlham College" and click "Continue"

Once you have reviewed the "Terms and Conditions" then click "I Accept".

You will be taken to the Apple Store and should see "Earlham College" at the top center of the page.

Creation Engine Academic Discount Software
