Why do we charge recycling fees?
The general fees per load are collected to help cover the cost of transporting the material to the Workforce facility in Indianapolis.
The fees for collection of TVs is due to the extra cost incurred by Workforce in properly processing TVs. This extra cost is due to the presence of toxic materials in the picture tube that have to be recovered in an Environmentally safe way.
What should I do if I have large quantities of equipment?
Ideally this recycling drive is set up to collect small quantities of equipment from private citizens, non-profit groups, or small businesses, on an annual basis. If you have a business that has a large quantity of equipment to recycle, or you want to clear it out more than once a year, you can contact RecycleForce directly to make the necessary arrangements.
Please contact Tom Gray at 317-532-1367 for more details.
