Now in its third year of professional presentation, Scott Ibex’s “Low-Budget Rockstar” seminar is a valued educational tool for institutes of higher education. The seminar is based on Scott’s critically acclaimed music business book: “Low-Budget Rockstar: The Complete Do-It-Yourself Guide to Booking, Surviving, and Making a Profit on Your Own Indie Tour.”

 Low-Budget Rockstar has garnered praise from Grammy-award winning Reggae artist Pato Banton who writes:
