The Capital Projects Department provides insight into the owner’s best interest in new project construction and major renovations of existing structures. The Capital Projects Manager, Darrell Shepherd, also provides supervision to the construction managers, general contractors, and Earlham personnel involved in the projects.

Other functions of the Capital Projects Department include assisting in establishing budgets, helping in the design process, and assuring the quality and the function of the new or renovated project is maintained until the users occupy the space.
