Earlham Educational Forum: Celebrating the Scholar-Practitioner

Saturday, April 28, 2012
Landrum Bolling Center
9:00 a.m. – Noon

The Earlham College Educational forum is designed for students in the Master of Arts in Teaching program and the Master of Education program to share their research with other members of the K-12 teaching community. I think Roland Barth said it best in his book, Learning by Heart:

"I've yet to see a school where the learning curves of the youngsters are off the chart upward while the learning curves of the adults are off the chart downward … Teachers and students go hand in hand as learners or they don't go at all." (Barth, 2001, p. 23)

The graduate students at Earlham College are excited to share their research with you and we hope you will be able to attend this worthwhile event.
