The Master of Education is a five semester graduate program that leads to a master's degree in education. This full time program begins each year in September.

The M.Ed. program at Earlham is cohort-based and relies heavily on collaboration. The cohort model provides you with an opportunity to work closely with other students and to begin the important role of building a culture of support for teaching. This emphasis on cooperation is designed to help sustain and support you as a teacher.
