Hi, my name is Stan Hill, and I am the director of admissions. I oversee the recruitment, admission and retention of prospective students. I worked in undergraduate admissions for 10 years, seven at Earlham College and three at the University of Saint Francis. I came back to Earlham to become a part of this wonderful program. There are many reasons why I think the Earlham College Master of Arts in Teaching program is right for you, but I believe the most important reason is the focus on "Awakening the Teacher Within." It has been my experience the some of the best teachers I have had are the ones that truly have a passion for what they are doing. This program helps you find that passion and then nurtures it and refines it. This concept is truly important to the success and happiness of any teacher.
