Benefits — Section 6 SOCIAL SECURITY (F.I.C.A.) AND MEDICARE All Earlham employees are covered under the federal Social Security system. As provided by law, the employee and Earlham each contribute to this program based upon the wage level of the employee. Information concerning retirement and other Social Security benefits can be obtained by consulting a representative of the local Social Security Office. |
