Each year the Cross-Cultural Orientation committee, a group of returning students, works with IPO to create a specialized orientation program for new international students, new international teaching assistants and Global Associates Program (GAP) participants. GAP is a group of U.S. students who have expressed an interest in international issues and becoming an active part of the international community at Earlham.
The Cross-Cultural Orientation will begin with your arrival on Monday, August 18, 2008. The first session is early on Tuesday morning, please plan your arrival accordingly. The regular New Student Orientation will take place from August 22-26. Classes begin on Wednesday, August 27. Attendance at both the Cross-Cultural Orientation and New Student Orientation is required.
