The Earlham College 2003-04 Curriculum Guide will be available on

autumn of 2003.

Can a student access her personal student information/data online?
Currently, a student, upon successful login,
can access the following information online using WebDB:
Personal information
(name, class year, major, minor,
campus phone and address)
Advisor information
Personal course
schedule
Unofficial transcript
Midterm reports
Can a student find out his grades online or by phone at the end of a semester?
Yes, as mentioned above students have access to an
unofficial transcript online. However, students wishing to find grades
for currently enrolled classes must get them from the faculty member.
What campus and community services
are covered by "smart
cards" or "debit cards"?
Students may use debit cards and credit or "smart"
cards for most purchases on campus. The student ID functions as a
smart card as well, allowing students to gain acces to secured buildings
and residence halls, check out library resources and to purchase
food on campus. Additionally,
"rechargable" laundry cards and copy cards are available.

What student information does the campus
provide routinely to parents?
Parents receive copies of first-year students first
semester grades. Afterwards grade reports are sent to the student.
Parents continue to receive summer and academic calendar information
as well as billing information. When appropriate, parents are also
informed of students’ academic standing — probation and/or
caution.
