Earlham College is currently seeking qualified candidates for Director of Human Resources. This is a full-time, 12-month administrative faculty position. Salary is commensurate with experience, including a full benefits package.
The Director of Human Resources serves as the primary human resource officer for Earlham College. Reporting to the Vice President for Finance and Administration, the Director also will work closely with the senior leadership of the College as well as directors, faculty and staff to administer human resource policies for the College. The Director will provide consultation to senior leadership on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations.
The Director will lend vision and creative leadership to all areas of human resource management. Leadership will include planning for recruiting and retaining a diverse faculty and staff that is fully aligned with Earlham’s mission to be a strong liberal arts college of the highest quality shaped by the distinctive perspectives of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers).
