Earlham College is accepting applications for the position of Major Gifts Officer: International Focus in the Institutional Advancement Office. This is a full-time, 12-month administrative appointment. Salary is commensurate with experience, and includes a full benefit package.
This Major Gifts Officer is responsible for managing a portfolio of 200 -250 leadership level prospects/suspects, including international alumni and their families, for purposes of qualification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship. Earlham College will enter its most ambitious fundraising campaign in July 2017, and major gifts officers will be key in the College’s ability to attain the campaign goal. Major gifts officers will be expected to visit with and solicit leadership level donors throughout the campaign that is scheduled to conclude in July 2023.
The Major Gifts officer reports to the Associate Vice President for Institutional Advancement/Director of Major Gifts. This position also works closely with alumni relations and advancement services staff, as well as other members of the College's Institutional Advancement Office.
